Tammarra Peacock DMV real estate agent in a black blazer holding a smartphone stands against a white background, smiling at the camera.

I'm a DMV Realtor, homeowner, mom, gardener, foodie, and someone who believes real estate should feel a lot less intimidating than the industry sometimes makes it.

I help buyers and sellers throughout Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Virginia make informed real estate decisions without the pressure to move before they're ready.

My approach is simple: understand your goals, tell you the truth, protect your interests, and make sure you understand the decisions you're making.

Sometimes that means, “Let's go for it.”

And sometimes it means, “Not yet.”

I'm comfortable telling you both.

Why I Work This Way

Real estate is personal. It's your money, your home, your family, and often one of the biggest financial decisions you'll make.

That's why I don't believe my job is simply to sell you a house or put a sign in your yard. My job is to help you see the full picture — the opportunities, the risks, the numbers, and the decisions that come with them.

I want my clients to feel comfortable asking questions, changing their minds, slowing down when something doesn't feel right, and moving confidently when it does.

A successful transaction isn't just one that closes. It's one you still feel good about after the keys are handed over.

Beyond Real Estate

Real estate is a big part of what I do, but it's not all of who I am.

When I'm not helping clients navigate their next move, you'll probably find me trying something new in the kitchen, working in my garden, enjoying the DMV, or learning yet another lesson about what homeownership actually looks like in real life.

I'm a homeowner too, so I understand that a home isn't just an investment or a transaction. It's where life happens — the good parts, the expensive surprises, the projects you swear will take one weekend, and everything in between.

That's part of why I love helping people find not just a property, but a home and a community that fit the life they're building.
